Terms of Service.

These Terms of Service are a legal agreement between you and Perfroute Inc, which operates the k256 product and k256.xyz properties. By accessing or using our website, applications, APIs, documentation, execution infrastructure, or related services, you agree to these terms.

k256 builds Solana-native products and infrastructure. The services may include applications, APIs, workflows, documentation, analytics, product surfaces, and related services for people building on or using Solana.

k256 is not a bank, broker, dealer, exchange, custodian, trust company, investment adviser, financial adviser, lender, or securities platform.

k256 is non-custodial. We do not own, hold, or control your digital assets, fiat funds, private keys, seed phrases, or wallet credentials. Signing authority stays with you, your wallet, your organization, or another signer you authorize.

If you use k256 APIs, products, or infrastructure inside your own product or workflow, you are responsible for your product, your end users, your compliance obligations, your disclosures, and your end-user agreements.

You agree not to use the services to:

• violate any law, regulation, sanctions program, or court order;
• launder money, finance terrorism, evade sanctions, or hide the origin of funds;
• interfere with, disrupt, overload, probe, or reverse engineer the services;
• misrepresent transaction data, market data, routes, execution outcomes, or user authorization;
• engage in wash trading, market manipulation, spoofing, fraud, or deceptive conduct.

Digital assets, blockchain networks, and decentralized finance systems involve substantial risk. Transactions may fail, expire, be delayed, be reordered, be executed at a different price than expected, or become irreversible once confirmed.

Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. Public blockchain data is public by design and may remain available independently of k256.
